General Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct external and internal trainings and
assessments
Regulate internal and external operational quality
Define quality metrics and KPIs for internal and external
operations
Supporting all integrity and compliance related matters
Assisting in production innovations to uphold and optimise product
delivery and overall quality
Daily communication regarding training, quality & integrity
matters with internal and external stakeholders
Help optimize and automate working processes internally within the
team as well as in collaboration with other departments
Create and maintain all connected training, quality & integrity
operational documentation
