Job Description
As a Trainer, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering
engaging training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
You’ll work closely with team members to identify knowledge gaps,
create customized learning experiences, and ensure continuous
improvement. Your role will involve monitoring progress, providing
feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment that
encourages growth and development.
This role is 100% on-site—you’ll be working from the office,
collaborating face-to-face with the team, and soaking in the energy
(and coffee) of our shared workspace.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs
Deliver engaging training sessions through a variety of formats,
including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning
platforms.
Assess the training needs of team members and stakeholders by
analyzing performance metrics and conducting regular
consultations.
Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, such as guides,
manuals, and multimedia content, to ensure alignment with the
latest industry standards and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through
feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, driving continuous
improvement.
Provide coaching and support to employees to help them apply
company’s principles in their daily responsibilities.
Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best
practices
Requirements:
Proficiency in English at a C1 level
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite
Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs is a
strong advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to
detail.
Ability to engage and effectively communicate with diverse
audiences.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms or digital tools for training
is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and
evaluate program effectiveness.
