*Assist with onboarding new hires through process training;
*Spot opportunities for alignment and consistency across
regions;
*Ensure timely incorporation of training with clear schedules;
*Work with Operations to resolve training deficiencies;
*Oversee and address diverse training requirements within the
program;
*Evaluate skills and identify areas for improvement;
*Revise training materials to reflect process updates.
