Role Overview:
As a UAM Operational Expert, you will play a key role in securing
our IT landscape by ensuring that users have the right access to
the right systems at the right time—particularly across UNIX/Linux
environments, with a focus on IPA and related identity systems.
You will also support the implementation of standardized lifecycle
processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) and contribute to the
automation and compliance of our identity infrastructure.
Role insights:
Manage and maintain identities and access rights across various
systems (e.g., Active Directory, Linux/Unix, IPA).
Implement and further develop Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
processes.
Analyze and optimize existing access management structures.
Troubleshoot access and permission issues in Linux/UNIX
environments, Active Directory, and other applications.
What makes you unique:
Experience in Access Management / Identity & Access
Governance.
Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.
Hands-on experience with IPA, LDAP, or similar identity
systems.
Basic understanding of Active Directory and access control
concepts.
Ideally familiar with scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
Structured working style and ability to document processes
clearly.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Interest in IT security, compliance, and SOX.
