For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – User
Support Agent for a Revolutionary Device with Slovak or Hungarian.

Responsibilities

*Provide assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues with their personal
devices efficiently;
*Communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone, delivering timely and effective support;
*Diagnose technical problems and offer tailored solutions to enhance user satisfaction;
*Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up when needed;
*Collaborate with internal departments to address complex customer concerns and ensure resolution;
*Stay up to date with the latest product enhancements, software updates, and industry support
standards.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Slovak or Hungarian, along with strong English communication abilities;
*Previous experience in customer care, help desk, or tech support is a plus;
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude;
*Flexibility to work variable daytime shifts, including weekends if needed;
*Fast learner with the ability to understand technical information and resolve device issues efficiently;
*Team-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in handling support tasks.
