For one of our clients – a multilingual provider of digitally-enabled customer experience and
business process solutions – we are looking for a Call Center Agents with Czech, Swedish, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, German, French, Russian & English.

Отговорности

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality support to users mainly via chat sessions and emails;
* Answer a small amount of incoming calls whenever necessary;
* Review pieces of content on social media related to the company’s business;
* Ensure that every user receives outstanding customer service experience.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Czech, Swedish, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, German, French, Russian & English;
* Ability to work on shifts;
* Great interpersonal and time management skills;
* Previous experience on a customer service position would be an advantage.
