Main Responsibilities:
Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients
Assessing VIP client needs and recommending suitable solutions;
Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored
rewards;
Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;
Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company
policies.

Excellent verbal and written German or Turkish (C1 Level);
Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
Previous sales or account management experience is a plus;

customer satisfaction.
