business process solutions – we are looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent with Italian, Spanish, Polish Dutch, German, French or Romanian & English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality support to users mainly via chat sessions and emails;
* Answer a small amount of incoming calls whenever necessary;
* Review pieces of content on social media related to the company’s business;
* Ensure that every user receives outstanding customer service experience.
