For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Virtual
Sports Customer Advisor with German and English (Part-time).

Responsibilities

*Provide top-tier support to users of the virtual sports platform;
*Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues;
*Assist users in navigating games and systems for a seamless experience;
*Deliver fast, accurate solutions to ensure user satisfaction;
*Maintain a friendly, professional attitude when handling customer concerns;
*Report technical issues or bugs to the team for quick resolution.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good English skills;
*Passion for virtual sports, gaming, and technology;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
*Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team;
*Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
