the role of Voice Support Associate with Polish, Danish or Finish
and English (Part Time & Full Time).
* Leasing with customers via tickets or calls;
* Noting patterns in issues and common questions, and reporting to
the team lead;
* Listening actively and supporting customers with answers and
solutions to their issues;
* Providing guidance, seeing the case through the end and aiming
for customer happiness;
* Working closely together with other employees and aiming to
