For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Water
Purification Device Support Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media;
*Support clients with delivery, product, content, or refund-related questions;
*Offer clear, helpful, and accurate information;
*Create a positive and friendly customer experience;
*Stay flexible and professional in a dynamic environment.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in German, both written and spoken;
*Strong command of English with effective communication skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is considered an asset;
*Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications;
*Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.
