For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – Workforce Planning Coordinator - Gaming Studio.

Responsibilities

*Coordinate and oversee work schedules, table rotations, and attendance in Operations;
*Partner with HR and Team Leads to manage time-off requests and ensure full staffing;
*Prepare daily staffing reports and resolve any scheduling conflicts;
*Plan and update staffing coverage for all departments and organize shift rotations;
*Track attendance and ensure team compliance with schedules and regulations;
*Handle admin tasks from management and collaborate with Operations teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail;
*Degree in Business, HR, Law, or related field is an advantage;
*Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software;
*Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks;
*Excellent communication skills in English;
*At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role is a plus.
