Job Description

Your job:
• Find the solution to technical issues regarding Active Directory, networking, Windows Server, Windows error messages, the company's own software product.
• Communicate with engineers from the client side.
• Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate.
• Answer in-depth technical questions requiring remote troubleshooting and analysis methods/skills.

Your skills:
• Have an easy-going personality and be passionate.
• 3+ years of technical support experience with Spanish.
• Knowledge about networking, Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL.
• Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer/equivalent.
• Working level of English.
