Responsibilities

Key objectives of the role:
Making the first contact with candidates and keep them updated during the whole recruitment process
Participating in the organization of recruitment related events (e.g. job fairs)
Job posting
CV screening and managing applicants’ database
Organizing meetings, tests, Assessment centers
Providing telephone and face-to-face interviews
Representing the company in professional manner and providing hiring managers and applicants an outstanding HR support
Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives in order to attract best possible suits for the company

Requirements and necessary skills

“MUST HAVE” knowledge and experience:
University degree or final year of education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or other related area
Excellent command of English language – both written and spoken
Very good communication and presentation skills
Organized person with ability to multitask
Very good MS Office skills
Able to work on a full time shift (Mon-Fr, 9-18)

Considered as advantage:
Experience in HR, recruitment or any administrative work
Outlook knowledge
Understanding of the market research business or BPO
