Our office in Sofia is about to start operations soon. We invite applications from ambitious and motivated candidates to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at our office in Sofia.

Responsibilities

Job Description / Key objectives
• Responsible for the organization of administrative support of the office
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls. Manage and operate the reception area, stationary supplies, scheduling of meetings and interviews
• Supporting the HR team in specific project related activities - keeping updated the internal data base, preparing documents and reports, contacting candidates or clients, market research and industry related information supply

Requirements and necessary skills

Personal Profile:
• Very good verbal and written skills in English and/or German
• Well-organized (planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks and activities, time-management)
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Open-minded, pro-active and results driven attitude
• Higher academic level, ideally university degree or equivalent
• High level of computer literacy (MS office)
• Experience with business letters and formal correspondence;
• Previous experience on a similar position minimum 1-2 years is an advantage
