Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and organized person, who has the ability and initiative to work on his own in a dynamic environment.

If you have:
o exceptional written and oral communication skills - both English and Bulgarian;
o experience with MS Office tools and PDF editors;
o relevant experience, that can be gained in a secretarial or administrative role;
o organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
o attention to detail;

And being responsible for the following is a "piece of cake" for you:
 dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
 preparation and editing of documents;
 acceptance and registration of company documents in external companies and institutions;
 organizing and coordinating the owner's schedule;
 organizing business and personal travels;
 organization and coordination of processes related to part of the business activities;
