Responsible for the organization and operational management of key accounts in Pontica.
Effectively communicate with clients/teams to execute daily operations and administrative tasks.
Assists with the preparation of reports and analysis on project and overall company metrics.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to both Clients and C-level management in Pontica.
Work with all departments in the company to ensure smooth operations.
Organize the day-to-day work schedules for key accounts` teams.

Requirements and necessary skills

Solid experience as a Team Lead, Team Manager or Account Manager, ideally in a BPO organization.
Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management including human resource and financial principles and practices.
Excellent knowledge of English and French.
