As we are expanding our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our HR Department.


Manage complete employee onboarding and exit process.
Manage complete employee payroll process.
Address all payroll and labor contract related requests.
Make sure company administration is always up to date, security and GDPR compliant.
Keep in order personnel documentation and files, following the Bulgarian labor legislation requirements.
Provide guidance and consultation on labor relations matters.
Support the HR department daily activities by following established procedures.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Previous experience at a similar position with HR administration functions (Payroll, Social benefits).
In-depth knowledge of the Bulgarian employment legislation.
Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
Highly responsible person with an ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
High command of English language is a must.
