Acquisition Executive (IT Recruitment).
Responsibilities:
* Drive and manage full life-cycle recruitment process;
* Create and manage job postings;
* Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites,
social networking sites etc
* Organize and conduct interviews to check technical skills,
communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
* Follow up on the feedbacks;
* Manage an applicant database and process and manage all the
relevant employee documentation;
* Provide general support to other departments whenever needed.
