You will be responsible for the company reception desk – welcoming
and controlling the visitors, suppliers and couriers
· Receives and manages the incoming and outgoing correspondence of the company.
· Receives and transmits information through the respective communication channels, organizes telephone calls, meetings, processes emails and faxes.
· Organizes the company meetings by ensuring all necessary documentation and materials and informing the participants about the time, scope and schedule of the meetings.
· Manages the information provided with the respective confidentiality.
· Responsible for the timely receiving, sending and processing of the documentation and orders given.
· Responsible for the office stationary order management, consumables, mineral water, coffee and others office related goods.
· Plans and organizes the booking of transport and accommodation for the company business trips of the employees in Bulgaria and abroad.
