Specialist with French, Italian, German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support and issue resolution to customers, subcontractors and end users via live chat;
Providing great customer experience by managing customer’s expectations;
Offering in-depth product knowledge;
Monitoring and engaging consumer questions;
Ensuring the best consumer experience possible is provided.
