You would be doing:
• Provide online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls &
Emails;
• Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and
customer’s best interest in mind;
• Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for both chat
& Email;
• Perform proactive phone calls to customers according to
predefined segments;
• Report relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate
content and trouble shooting;
• Report in a timely manner VIP and regular customer escalations.
