Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat, email, and phone.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements and necessary skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Native Moroccan Arabic and French (C2) is a must.
Excellent English (C1). Spanish will be an advantage.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good customer orientation.
Previous experience in a customer support role will be considered an advantage.
