Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat and email.
Review and refund suspicious deposits made by clients on the platform.
Request and review client ID documents when necessary.
Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements and necessary skills

Very good writing skills in Moroccan Arabic (good knowledge of English will be a plus).
Previous experience in client services and interest in sports will be a huge advantage.
Excellent computer literacy.
Very good customer orientation.
