For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic BPO solutions – we are looking for an Experienced Technical Support Specialist with German and English.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process client inquiries regarding complex software issues;
* Perform thorough diagnosis and suggest solutions;
* Escalate cases to supervisors whenever necessary;
* Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer service;
* Provide regular reports to the respective team manager.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Fluency in German and English;
* Previous experience in BPO environment;
* Solid technical background;
* Goal-oriented personality;
* Excellent problem solving skills.
