Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing mails and calls;
* Arranging the meetings and updating the manager`s schedule;
* Processing of documentation and invoices, creating reports and tables;
* Welcoming visitors and guests in the office;
* Ordering consumables and necessary goods;
* Daily communication with suppliers and partners of the company.
