For one of our clients – company that specializes in the field of energy projects – we are looking for Office assistant with English.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing mails and calls;
* Arranging the meetings and updating the manager`s schedule;
* Processing of documentation and invoices, creating reports and tables;
* Welcoming visitors and guests in the office;
* Ordering consumables and necessary goods;
* Daily communication with suppliers and partners of the company.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Very good language skills in English;
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public administrations, International relations or another
similar specialty;
* Proven administrative and organizing experience;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
* Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills;
* Self motivation and pro-activity.
