Muzeiko is the largest children’s science center on the Balkans, and among the top children’s museums in the world. Muzeiko was established in 2015, and since then, more than 100,000 visit the science center each year.Our team is dedicated to designing and executing the best programs and exhibits for inspiring kids to learn through play, enhancing early childhood development and science communication for all ages.

Отговорности

• Leading a team of sales people, determining tasks, supervising activities and providing support and guidance
• Active participation in drafting sales strategies and annual and quarterly sales plans for different scope and target groups -business development and corporate events, school groups, kindergarten groups, birthdays parties, individual visitors, shop, etc.
• Recruitment, hiring, orientation and training of sales staff: sales people, sales support and administration
• Setting individual sales targets for the team and tracking and managing performance
• Serving as point of contact within the organization and interfacing with the Organization Development Manager and various departments including Marketing, , Education, Finance and Administration, etc.
• Personal involvement in business development, searching and identifying potential new clients, channels, partners and sales opportunities
• Management of own client accounts, acquiring new clients, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing ones
• Developing relations with existing and new sponsors and partners of Muzeiko
• Initiating and participating in meetings with potential and existing Key Accounts, negotiating terms of service, marketing collaboration, promotional activities, incentive schemes
• Planning and implementing programs to increase loyalty, incentivize sales and ensure excellent client relationships
• Supporting and participating in promotional and marketing activities, order processing, invoicing and documentation, product development and introduction
• Researching and analyzing the market, the competitors and their product offerings

• Good understanding of sales approaches, techniques, sales cycles, target schemes,

• Experience in planning and executing sales strategies
• Experience in motivating and managing a sales team
• Very good command of English, both verbal and written
• Driver’s license
