We are looking for IT Administrator who would join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining servers, computers, printers, and other software and hardware peripherals.
• Frontal and remote support to employees.
• Administrating and maintaining IT infrastructure including desktop computers, printers, routers,
switches and phones.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate (L3) support
teams for resolutions.
• Performing repairs and replacements of software and hardware peripherals.
• Maintaining accurate documentations for system installations, configurations, upgrades and
disaster recovery activities.
• Assigning configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services, account
synchronization, maintenance of certificates
• Support LAN, VLAN, WAN, VPN and Internet connectivity.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related;
• 2+ years of experience in support and maintenance of computer systems, networks, system
maintenance of Windows based operation systems and applications
• 2+ years of experience in administration, configuration and control of user access rights,
mailboxes, network service.
• Experience in hardware support of workstations, servers
• Fluent English(both written and verbal)
• Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory support experience;
• Multiple desktop and network operating systems, TCP/IP networking, client-server applications,
system security, including in depth knowledge Windows platforms and related hardware and
software.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Experience in multinational company
• Strong organizational, time-management and attention to detail skills
