For one of our clients – one of the top companies in the online entertainment industry – we are looking for an Non-Voice Support Consultant with Italian, French, German and English (shifts) who could join their team of client support experts.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Communicate with users through non-voice-based channels – emails and chat sessions;
* Report and escalate complex inquiries to the respective supervisor;
* Provide consistent customer service and follow the established data protection procedures;
* Enhance the level of support by building strong client relationships;
* Contribute to the friendly work environment and communicate effectively.
