solutions in the field of security and safety- we are looking for a candidate for a role with core
functions for their business structure– Technical Support Specialist - Security and Safety Systems.
* Provide technical support to the clients of the company’s systems and/or equipment;
* Contribute to the revenue via pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support;
* Cooperate with the sales team as the key technical consultant and identify all technical issues in
order to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process;
* Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing systems and/or equipment;
* Offer optimal solutions of technical security and safety equipment;
* Stay up to date with the latest trends on the technology market;
* Participate in training programs for colleagues, partners and installers of technical protection.
