What this Role is all about:
The MS 365 Support Manager deals with support requests and questions from the end-user
Learn more about what you will do at this new position:
- Receives and answers functional and technical requests from end-users, advanced authors and site owners via an internal ticketing like system
- Helps the colleagues to understand and utilize the functionalities of MS 365 with applications like OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Yammer, MS Whiteboard, MS Planner, MS Bookings, etc.
- Familiarize with applications, that are specially designed for KBC and helps colleagues to work with them
- Keeps track of the requests and manages a dedicated database
- Participates in the testing process of the MS 365 applications and provides feedback to the developers how the applications are performing
- Preparing technical documentation for the end-user on how to use MS 365 and all apps involved
