The Supply Chain Process Automation Specialist will support the day to day operational robotic process automation processes in a production environment. In this role, you will partner with information technology stakeholders to ensure the stability of process automation operations and optimize process configurations.


• Help to plan and implement processes in a production environment to ensure operational stability.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to the production environment and raise change requests or support calls to information technology stakeholders as needed.
• Support the production environment in process running, resource virtual machines maintenance and log viewing.
• Provide reporting dashboards on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the teams to translate issues to continuously improvement initiatives to optimize the robotics process automation.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Изисквания и необходими умения


• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in robotic process automation software.
• Experience with systems and technology software applications.


• Experience in using business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop dashboards.
