Assurance Specialist with Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian or Greek and
English.

* Review processed cases according to the company’s procedures;
* Ensure that every case is handled according to the established
regulations;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing
feedback to the agents;
* Create performance reports;
