The Counterparty Risk Analyst will perform complex credit activities. In this role, you will contribute to handling accounts, maintaining data, counterparty portfolio relations and reporting. We seek a professional who will help develop, recommend and implement our controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks.


Perform financial analysis, limits request origination and regular reviews.
KYC screening checks to be performed for all new counterparties through Worldcheck system.
Using advanced knowledge, collect and maintain customer accounts; track account status, report on outstanding balances and prioritize collection activity.
Identify and analyze potential sources of loss to minimize risk and estimate the potential financial consequences of a loss.
Research credit history (i.e., collect personal or business data for analysis, run credit reports, etc.).
Assist in issuing daily and weekly Counterparty Risk exposure reports MT/MTM/Stress exposures and follow up with the commercial team.
Assist in Monthly management risk reporting and analysing trends
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements and necessary skills


Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Fluency in English
Proven track record of experience in financial analysis


Bachelors degree in finance; or equivalent experience
Additional finance professional qualification CFA, FRM, etc.
Excellent Excel skills and affinity with IT programs/tools in general
