The Digital Sales and Marketing team is connecting customers with Telenor’s products & services within the digital world. The team is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the customer journey and experience across the digital ecosystem.
Lead/participate in projects for delivery on the Digital Office
roadmap, drive cross functional teams (internal and external) for
implementing new Digital Customer Journeys and optimizing existing
Define UX/UI for new functionalities implementation in Digital Office by Wireframing and Prototyping desired intuitive digital flows.
Collaborate with developers and UX designers to improve usability.
Lead the process of gathering and preparation of business requirements and functional specifications based on customers’ insights and business needs.
Create and keep up-to-date the back-log for Digital Office and participate in features prioritization & roadmap creation processes.
Manage Digital Office releases and plan corresponding roll-out activities in Android & iOS App stores.
Plan and execute go-to-market activities.
Monitor and analyze Digital Office KPIs on daily, weekly & monthly bases and provide suggestions for improvement.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
Stay on top of the latest mobile app design, mobile standards and customers engagement trends.
