The CRM - Sales Representative is mainly focusing on expanding the conversion/ activation of our new clients and our portfolio in the online gaming industry.
Achieve campaign’s targets, KPI's, as well as other projections;
Build and manage all sales activities;
Build and follow up campaigns (e.g. regarding new players retention and reactivation);
Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in a proactive approach;
Capture key customer’s feedback on needs, interest, problems and maintain positive relationships;
To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them;
Build and manage all sales activities.
