Are you the CONSULTANT who can identify and develop our future
employee talents based on current and future business objectives in
such a complex organization like Cargill? Join our team and you
will lead and facilitate different size of projects or programs,
fostering client relationships to deliver human resources solutions
within the talent domain scope including strategic workforce
planning, talent fulfillment during transformations, inclusion and
diversity, enable strategic movement within the business, annual
talent discussion processes, coaching and mentoring and team
effectiveness. We are open to full time or part time collaboration
(with a minimum of 32 hours a week).
Х Ensure that the organization is providing relevant, effective facilitation services to function and business managers within the talent domain.
Х Represent the needs of the talent domain in the delivery of talent program and solution offerings.
Х Leverage and enforce tools, methodologies and processes to support the effective and efficient delivery of talent programs and solutions.
Х Develop, manage and maintain key internal and external stakeholders relationships.
Х Work in close partnership with the talent and performance Center of expertise to identify appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation when necessary and leverage existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate.
Х Provide thought leadership in recommending and delivering talent programs and solutions that build on our organization strategic drivers.
Х Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
Х Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
