The Group’s principal business involves the manufacturing and distribution of products used to finish and equip bathrooms (sanitary ceramic products, ceramic tiles, shower cubicles, acrylic bathtubs and shower trays, bathroom furniture and bathroom accessories).

Responsibilities

- Managemnet of trade marketing activities on POS levels as well to drive and check distributors iplementation on POS level .
- Managment o POS maping for Bulgarian market
- Ensures in designated area the ceramic tiles direct sales distribution system.
- Assuming that the portfolio is regularly checked and expertise specific products
- Periodical reporting according to internal agenda
- Monitor the markets where it operates
- Achieving quarterly sales targets
- Developing and maintaining the database of partners and projects developed
- Tendering and technical support to distribution partners
- Assuming agenda and achieving individual weekly / monthly / quarterly

Requirements and necessary skills

CANDIDATE PROFILE
-Location: Sofia area
-Higher education: college or university (economic, sales, management, construction, installation)
-Experience and skills in sales, negotiations, management accounts and representation, minimum 3 years
background in representation, sales, negotiation in the field of construction materials – especially tiles, is strong advantage.
-Tendering competent in the field of direct sales and indirect systems "B2B" and "B2C"
-Competent representation and technical support and information to customers
-English: intermediate level
-Driving license: B level, without incident, at least 3 years old
-Microsoft operating system / MSOffice / email, internet
-Capacity responsiveness to customer requests grounded or elements associated with the dynamic market in which it operates
-Capability to respond to goals / tasks of service and terms of an active manner and in the spirit of obtaining resulting feedback
-Capacity analysis and synthesis: market data / profile consumer / opportunity analysis
-Proactive, dynamic relationship with clients and superiors
