This Service Sales Specialist has the task of delivering the Motion Services strategy service portfolio to ABB customers within the Motion Business in Bulgaria, helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on-site. Reporting to the Motion Local Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solutions.
Promote and sell services, related to Motion products – drives,
motors, generators and PLCs and develop new, service based
relationships with new and existing customers. Sometimes this will
mean frequent travelling, working under time-pressure and solving
Build customer intimacy through agreements and segment focus.
Add value through packaged services, designed to meet specific customer challenges and scope and provide effective customer support.
Value-capturing on standard motion equipment and value creation beyond motion equipment services
Utilizing the database to analyze the existing installed base and identifying and developing sales opportunities for reactive and preventive maintenance, digital services and services, related to adjacent systems/markets. You’ll need to see the leads and further build opportunities.
Proactively finding ways, internally in ABB or through external suppliers, to build service solutions that fit customer needs and ensure target revenue and profit for ABB.
Communicating ABB offerings end customers and service strategy with relevant channel partners and managing associated sales processes.
