As a core member of the HR team in the Electrification Smart Power manufacturing units, you will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business. Reporting to the Manufacturing Unit Manager you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.
Participation in the definition of long-term business objectives
and defines the local strategic HR priorities to support business
strategy, together with management team.
Implementation of all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes as applicable.
Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Offers HR solutions and collects feedback for continuous improvement. Partners with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve ABB’s targets through business and HR action plans.
Ensures that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on.
Interprets HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions.
Works with management team to create and foster a safe, engaged, motivated, and customer-focused culture.
Works in compliance with all related laws, regulations and HR Policies and Procedures.
