Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assists the administrative activities of the CEO;
* Manage CEO diaries and arrange the daily schedule;
* Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports;
* Manage information flow, screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
* Performs translation of materials and making presentations related to the activities and
responsibilities of the CEO.
