patient and end user engagement we are looking for responsible and organized individuals for the
role Technical Support Representative with Hungarian, Spanish, German, Italian, Hebrew, Finnish or English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees;
Supporting software and hardware (peripheral devices);
Tackle problem related to software access, blue screen, change or renew of passwords, anti-virus software updates;
Should be familiar and capable to work with Wi-Fi, VPN, Office 365, MS Office package;
Windows 10, IOS - iPhone, iPad, 2 factor authentications;
Adhere to high company standards for quality, accuracy, thoroughness, timeliness and consistency in customer care;
Resolve username and password problems.
