• Provide day-to-day 1st line support
• Escalate tickets when needed to 2nd and 3rd line support based in Poland ensuring communication is maintained throughout process
• Identify and resolve issues following agreed procedures
• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops according to corporate standards
• Creating and taking care of purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
• Taking care of LAN/WAN/VPN installation
• Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and software (including licences
