Campaign design and execution specialist actively participates in the implementation of Telenor customer lifecycle management strategy by executing campaigns in a timely, operationally efficient and profitable manner.

• Direct marketing campaign design and execution in Campaign
management platform, including KPI setup for segmentation,
contextual triggering, mechanics, priorities, rewards, contact
• Actively participates in implementation of company customer lifecycle management strategy
• Implement and follow testing protocols before making any campaign live
• Effectively monitor live campaigns to ensure that they are working according to the defined logic and delivering a rich customer experience. Troubleshooting in case campaign is not performing as expected
• Develop scripts and texts, as well as coordinate approvals for the different communication channels
• Design and coordinate channels /stakeholders’ information, including manuals and campaign ambitions
• Propose improvements of current setups in the Campaign management platform to better meet business needs, improve campaigns’ performance and go-to-market time and ensure optimal usage of system capabilities.
