About us

Axway is a fast-growth enterprise software company with a significant presence in Sofia. To support our desire to streamline existing business processes, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Business Analyst. The Customer Success Operations team is responsible for managing various software tools that improve customer-facing organizations' productivity. These include SalesForce, other SaaS tools, and some internally developed applications. As a Senior Business Analyst in Customer Success Operations, you will have to study the complex needs of different Customer Success activities, mainly Sales and then identify and describe changes to apply in the different systems. You will also be involved in project management and system testing activities.

• You will be a part of a team located in Sofia
• You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of colleagues located in the USA and in Europe (France, Romania)

Responsibilities

- Definition of requirements and acceptance criteria on topics related to the Customer Success Organization: mainly Sales but also Support, Customer Success, Recurring Revenue and Services. Managing the backlog;
- Validation of implemented features in the different systems (predominantly SalesForce), user acceptance tests;
- Communication with different teams working on the Information System and business stakeholders
- Preparing and providing new features explanation and training;

Requirements and necessary skills

- Previous technical experience as Business or Requirement Analyst
- Experience with SalesForce
- Fluent English
- Experience with project management, agile methodology, and backlog management systems like Jira
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international, virtual team environment with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus to achieve goals
- Strong organizational and execution skills with an eye for details
- Assertiveness and a strong feeling of ownership
- Experience in Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Support, Services domains is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus
