Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering quality customer service via phone calls, chat ad
emails;
* Answering inbound calls from current and potential customers
needing real time support;
* Preforming a question-based diagnosis of the user’s issue;
* Guiding users via step-by-step solutions;
* Ensuring clear and precise communication and offering
easy-to-follow solutions;
* Speaking and handling the process in the professional and
