For our office in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for

OFFICE ASSISTANT(M/W)

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications;
• Organize, plan meetings and schedule appointments;
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms;
• Administration to handle requests and queries from managers;
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Greeting clients and visitors;
• Develop and maintain filing system;
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
• Maintaining contact lists;
• Provide general support to guests.

Requirements and necessary skills

Main requirements:

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Structural Engineering;
• Working experience: minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Excellent level of computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, Internet;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Deutsch;
• Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills.
