and products. We are searching for capable, determined and skilled decision-makers for the
role of Expert Partner with German, Italian and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing the interactions with customers via phone and email, and providing excellent
* Driving customer retention and revenue growth and striving towards achieving set sales goals;
* Providing accurate periodical sales forecasts, preforming check-ups and business needs
analysis and maintaining data and it’s timely recording and updating;
* Handling client related issues and guiding the process towards timely resolution, and keeping all parties involved up to date;
* Building and keeping strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers and striving
to share insights and acquire knowledge and improve practices;
* Create, implement and deliver training to sales team, striving towards creating great professionals;
* Collaborate with other teams and department and improving sales processes and systems;
* Potentially attending vendor events (only if needed).
