We are looking to attract an Office Assistant to support us in our
dynamic and client-oriented business environment.
He or she will be involved in the following activities:
• Administrative support to the team;
• Assisting in preparation and submission of different kind of documents;
• Organizing the mail and courier services in the company;
• Arranging the supply of stationery materials, direct contact with suppliers;
• Arranging travel and accommodation;
• Preparing and managing business correspondence (e-mails and letters) in accordance with internal standards;
• Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Welcoming guests and clients of the company
